Return & Refund Policy

At Obujo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We thoroughly inspect every order before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel or modify your order at any time before it is shipped out. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
  • After Shipping: Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot alter the shipping address, reroute the package, or cancel the order.

2. 30-Day Standard Return Policy

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, you must contact us at within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

  3. Payout: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, we apologize for the inconvenience and will resolve this immediately at no extra cost to you.
